I also experienced huge headaches. If you are a coffee ,black tea or cola drinker and you suspended it, this can make your'

headaches be more acute; If youy are uswed to drink a lot of caffeine, just lower your dose, don't suspend it; you will experience also the caffeibe whitdrawl symptoms.

Rest, take hot showers, and drink lots of ice water; most of the headaches are caused by dehidration! Take a b complex vitamin and some tylenols!

Don't do it! Your withdrawals are normal and it will get easier with time I promise.

Headaches are the result of increased blood flow to your brain. They may occur in the first or second week of your quit and last for a few weeks. If this symptom persists or is not relieved by typical pain relievers, please consult your MD.

To help avoid these headaches, you may want to avoid caffeinated drinks and add relaxion techniques to your daily routine.

Just stick with it. The only way to stop your withdrawals for good is to not smoke.

I need to hear something positive. The headache is getting worst as the day goes on!! My mind keeps wandering to 'Oh go on just have one!' but no this time I won't give in I know from the people here that it will pass, and that it will only get better. If you anymore of these please post them as us newcomers could really use them

I totally agree with Duffis!

We are giving ourselves the best gift we can ever give!! So we should be happy and proud!! We are braking appart of our enslaver! So yes, we will have tough days, but It doesn't matter because this gift is worth the ocassional big smoking tought!!

We shall overcome them if we have no doubt!
