Great benefit to the quit! Some members have experienced that "foggy feeling" within the first couple of weeks, however, it does go away and you are able to re-focus.
Hmmm, I don't know if I've experienced that yet - but it would DEFINITELY be welcomed!! lol!! I'm sure my hubby and kids would like that benefit too! :)

Yes it's true. Maybe people that are naturaly more unbalanced gravitate to smoking or maybe smoking makes us less balanced. Either way, I believe it and have noticed that most mentally ill people smoke.

I noticed that when I was smoke free for a couple of months, I felt more mentally balanced and stable. I think smokers are on a emotional roller coaster more than non smokers from the ups and downs of nictine dosing/smoking. I also noticed that I can get more done and study better when not smoking. I'm new again and trying to remember how it was and it was better in many ways being a non smoker especially mentally. thanks
