I discovered the problem, I think. I joined through thrive2quit.ca, so when I log in I am at a black screen with orange and white lettering - so no blue boxes. I did a search for stop smoking center and found the right site. BUT... when I tried to log in it does not recognize my email. When I tried to join it tells me their quota is done for the day and to join through one of the affiliates - thrive2quit.ca being one of them - but I've already joined through them. I'm so confused.

The SSC IM is located about the Support Group forums. After logging in...
* Go to the green COMMUNITY tab
* Go to the VIEW SUPPORT GROUP tab
You'll be take to the forums. Above the forums, you'll see the blue LAUNCH icon. From this main forum page you can also start your own discussion...
* Select a forum by clicking on it. Ex: Introduce Yourself, Coping with Cravings
* A list of discussions will appear. You can choose to read through the active discussions and add a reply or start your own thread by clicking on the START A NEW DISCUSSION icon at the top of the forum.

The launch button should be just above the support group home page. It will also post how many people are on im. I don't know how well it works though, they have been having difficulties with a few things.

I've searched but am unable to find how to log into the IM and would appreciate any help. I don't see a "launch" button anywhere.
I'm also not really sure how to post messages, although my previous one did get posted. The buttons under this window allows me to: Preview, Reply to Discussion, or Cancel and Return. I'll try Reply to discussion, even though this is a new discussion. Perhaps it's all this newly found oxygen in my system that's confusing me. LOL
