

). So, I haven't had french fries or pringles in years. My problem food is nuts (mostly almonds - I can't just have 10) and dips with veggies (so many calories). Last evening while relaxing I made a small veggie platter (carrots, peppers, cauliflower, mushrooms, and cucumbers) and ate them with no dip. It tasted just as good and I felt better this morning when I woke up.
