. I add a banana, some mixed fruits I can get like peaches, strawberries or any berries fresh or frozen, pineapple, mangos, coconuts with water. Then I put in some greens like kale or cilantro or spinach. I also add a powder I bought at the health food store that has different greens and veggies, sweeten with a date or agave sweetener. I'll add ice and blend and that's a great start to your day. And you will not have to worry about gaining weight and it's really tasty if you give it a chance and play around to make it to your tastes. Have fun blending. To your health!
