I read about this in one of my books. We tell ourselves we are ugly or stupid or stuff like that, but it says you wouldnt tell your best friend or family members they look like that or are stupid, but we dont hesitate to tell ourselves that..We have no problem being horrible to ourselves, yet we wouldnt be to others!!
I landed up going to the daycare 3 doors down. My neighbours little one Logan ( who is 11months) just started there and his mom asked me to go and see how he was. I was there and it started pouring, nothing severe, no sirens. The little ones were saying they were scared. So I was telling them its all ok, its just rain, and made me think, i'm not telling them its all scary and dangerous, like i'm thinking in my head, we were all sittting watching it from the window me and about 4 toddlers, and why would I be telling myself all those scary things, and panciking, when i'm telling them its ok, and we are fine and we are safe..!! It just dawned on me when I was there..
