My heart goes out to you. I once had a really great therapist move 8 hours away from where I lived and I really felt sad and abandonned. I know how it feels and I empathize with you. But I want to tell you that you will be all right and you will find a new really good therapist, I am sure of it! And till then you have us, all of us here at the Panic Center ready to help you and support you. Feel free to add me to buddy list btw. Maybe eventually we will be on at the same time :)
Btw, I now have a fantastic therapist so I guess the other one moving was not so terible after all :)

Well, my therapist's office called to cancel my appointments as she is quitting. She moved 2 hrs away and is pregnant with her 3rd child so she decided to quit. It's very disheartning & I've been depressed for a good 3 weeks now. They still don't have an answer on who is available now for me to speak to or who will be replacing her. I respect her decision but I feel like my much of my support just walked out on me. I live in a rural area so it's not like there is another one down the street, and then the time for somene else to learn my history. - I'm blue.
