Physical withdrawal only lasts for 3-4 days at the start of your quit. You're dealing with the mental withdrawal now, and it sounds like you were not prepared for it. It can last for weeks months and maybe years depending how prepared you are. If you haven't did so yet, go through the "my program" at the top of the page.
