. As you can see by my stats that quit didn't last, but I had "good" intentions. Since then, I have smoked, Dewey has made it though chemo, radiation and great weight loss. At the end of Aug. he had another seizure and was in the hospital. While he was there I would leave and go out to smoke. I got caught twice by the security guard and he reminded me it was a smoke free facility. He was right and I was wrong. After coming home I thought about that a lot. So I made the decision to quit so I can be available for him. That done, we are now going to they gym on regular basis. I am getting myself geared up to monitor the food intake. I know it can be, because I have done it before. This time its now so much the weight; it is getting a healthy body.
