I was thinking this morning when i realised that we will soon be in october, and that this will be my 4th anniversary
These days i don't even think of smoking, in fact, i was offereed one a few months ago, and my immediate reaction,without thought, was oh god no. I cannot even stand the smell these days
I found the thing to do is to play mind games with yourself, keep telling yopurself you don't smoke and you won't |I also founds in the early stages that i used distraction a lot, i would go for a walk, or have a bath if i was feeling desperate. aND I CAN HONESTLY SAY, I CAN'T SEE ME EVER SMOKING AGASI
