. Brenda, PB, and Karren, the medicine is starting to work so I can see some light at the end of this tunnel-- thanks for your empathy and understanding. And PB, laughter keeps me alive and is the best coping tool I've got. Dave, that was a very cool post. You are awesome. Thanks for being so supportive and encouraging. Kaiser, you poor folks are stuck with me I'm afraid :) This chicquita isn't going anywhere! Jan, do you realized that you've saved over $6,000.00?! Thanks for you support. And thank you too Josie for your kind and encouraging words. Todash! Thanks for dropping in. I always love to see you. Yeah, depression is a beast, and so is the nicodemon. They can both go take a long walk off of a short pier. I'm tired of both of them. Thank you Gimm! You're doing really great too! And thanks to you Tabby. I'm plan on hanging. Again, thanks for your support too.

I am glad you are hanging in there Deb! It will get better! I ran across some really interesting reading lately and found out that a diet high in leafy greens really helps improve depression (as does excercise). So it may be worth the try to up your salad and broccoli intake! You are doing so great! Keep a plan in place for sudden stress (in case of emergency) and you will be fine! Keep the quit!
