and the journey has begun again (sigh). Got a new journal for 2009, walking, and working out at Curves 4 times a week and who said I didn't have a life. LOL
Don't worry too much about your weight; you're doing the right thing joining curves. I'm running 5 miles 5 days a week and a 45 min pilates routine 5 days a week. I'm planning to join weight watchers, just in case the weight begins to show. I like that program because it allows you to eat whatever you want as long as you comply with the amount op points you are allowed eery day; they even give you extra points if you workout!!!.
