Okay people, I'm still wearing the patch and today I am having major issues (cravings). Started as soon as I woke up and they haven't let up yet. I managed to make it to work without stopping at a store, but the junkie was screaming at me the whole way here. I am trying to distract myself now and I am smacking on some gum. But I may have to bring the hammer out today! I did warn my boss, seriously, that I am on day 3 and I cannot handle much and that if it got to be too much, I would be going home. So maybe he'll leave me alone today!
