Hi Kristilu, I am also using the patch and what I do for extra insurance is cover it with a great big band-aid. :) For me, especially during hell week, I wouldn't try to fight off or ignore the craves. I just accepted that they were there and that even though they were strong and uncomfortable I did not have to give in. That's been my problem in the past. I gave in and lost my quit. Not this time! Cravings come and most importantly, they go! You CAN do this Kristilu! Lainey, good idea I will do that. I think i've made it thru the worst of it. I will change my patch out at lunch and see if that helps. KL, Hang in there girl. Check your patch. Is it sticking properly? Or is it an old one (expired) or mayabe a defective one (It happens) It is very unusual to have strong cravings like that while on NRT.
