I don't have Mac, and I tried from my glove comp. there all it does is take me down the page and show me what I will get when I reg. does the same thing with the pledge, am so :confuse: driving me nuts as I really want to be able to do both! any more help would be much appreciated!

Make sure that you have the pop-up blocker turned off. I could not get my IM to launch either until I turned that off.
